When will I receive my order?
We try to prepare the orders as soon as we receive them without exceeding in any case the 2 working days. These times may vary during specific campaigns and on high consumption dates such as Black friday and Christmas. During the month of August, the delivery of orders may suffer some small variation in delivery time. In no case the delay in delivery will imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
Once delivered to the transport, you will receive an email from the agency with a link to the various delivery alternatives and you can select the option that suits you best.
The maximum delivery time from the moment the order is placed is 4 working days for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Rest of countries: 6 days.
Can I receive it at a place other than my home address?
If you want your order to be delivered somewhere other than your home address, add the address you want your order to be delivered to on the “checkout” page and indicate in the “order notes (optional)” section if you need to indicate any special notes for the delivery person.
Can I specify a pick-up time?
If you want to notify a specific time for the pick up of your order you can indicate it in the “order notes (optional)” section. This section is located on the “checkout” page of Sibari Republic.
