How do I know that my order has been registered?
Once your order and payment have been validated, we will send you a first confirmation email.
If your order has been registered, you will be able to check the details of your order in the “My Orders and Reservations” section of your account. If you do not receive this e-mail, your order may not have been registered. To make sure, please contact our customer service team at 747 43 54 54 57 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have placed an order in the online store and have not received a confirmation email.
Order confirmations are sent immediately. Our emails may sometimes accidentally go directly to your junk mail folder or may be flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders.

How do I use my discount code?
On the cart page, enter the code in the “Enter your discount code if you have one” box. You must click on “Apply code” to validate it. The discount will be applied directly to your cart.
We remind you that our offers are valid only once per person, while stocks last and cannot be combined with other offers.
Why is my discount code not working?
Check that you have entered the code correctly, without an asterisk in front of the code, all capital letters and no spaces.
