Can I return my products?
The products can be returned in case of allergic reaction, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. To proceed with the return, the products delivered by Sibari Republic must be in good condition. They must be returned in their original packaging without having been used, together with the gifts sent in the order, if applicable.

The products and initial shipping costs will be refunded directly to the payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs for the return of your products are at your expense.
My product did not arrive or arrived in bad condition, what should I do?

Once my order is completed, can I modify or cancel it?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once you have completed them. If you want to extend it, you can place a new order without additional costs.
