Question When can I expect an answer to my e-mail?
AnswerOur aim is to respond to all questions within a period of 48 hours. Bear in mind that our response times may vary during peak periods of time, such as product launches or promotions.


Question I have placed an order on your website but have not received a conformation e-mail.
AnswerOrder confirmations are sent immediately. Occasionally, our e-mails may accidentally go directly into your junk folder or may be marked as spam by filters. Please check these folders.

Question How can I place an order?
AnswerPurchasing consists in selecting the products, adding them to your shopping basket and processing the order

From the “Shop” menu you can view all of our products and their respective prices (VAT included). If you click on them, you’ll find a detailed description along with indications for their use and storage.

Completion of the order begins when “Checkout” is pressed

2.1 Personal data

  • If you are already registered, write your username and password.
  • If you are not already registered, we give you the opportunity to do so (and your data will be saved for future purchases). If you prefer, you can complete purchases as a guest, but you will have to re-insert your data next time that you place an order.

2.2 Prices.

The purchase prices that are applicable when you place your order are the ones which are shown on the screen, except for when there is a typographical error. Unikare reserves the right to change prices.

The prices will indicate the Value Added Tax (VAT) and are shown in Euros.

In Spain, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories, purchases should be completed by sending an e-mail to and the customs clearance costs and import tax will be the customer’s responsibility).

In other countries, it will depend on the area, VAT and customs clearance costs and import taxes will be the customer’s responsibility, if they are applicable.

2.3 Payment method

Chose the option which is the most convenient for you:

  • Paypal – You will be forwarded to their system so that you can complete the payment by signing in with your Paypal details
  • Credit card – You will be forwarded to our e-commerce payment gateway with the secure server certified by Redsys platform.

2.4 Review Order

This is the last step. If you decide to place the order, please check the option “I have read and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy” and press “Place order”. Then, you will receive an e-mail confirming reception of your Sibari Republic order.

Question Once the order is placed, can I modify or cancel my order?
AnswerNo, orders can’t be cancelled. If you want to extend it, you can place a new order free of any additional charges.
Question What is your return policy?


The Guarantee Certificate issued by Unikare Bioscience guarantees the quality of the product and its efficiency. Each product’s usage guarantee can be found on the packaging underneath the Health indications.

The guarantee for products, once they have been sent, is 15 days.

Returns will only be permitted if the product is found to be in a poor condition.

Faults caused by carelessness, blows, incorrect use or handling are not included.

In cases where the use of the guarantee is justified, the item will be replaced under the terms stipulated by law.


If the product that you have purchased is in a poor condition or faulty, as long as said faults have not been caused by blows, or incorrect use or handling, Unikare will replace the item for one matching the same characteristics free of charge.

In this case, contact our customer service department, indicating the order reference number and your reason for returning the item. Unikare will collect the product, which should arrive in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. When we have evaluated the condition of the item and verified that it has not been tampered with or is not showing signs of external breakage, we will send you an identical item.

Unikare Bioscience will not accept the return of any of the products that it sells when the reason is different to the one stated above.

If the packaging is damaged when it arrives (broken or showing signs of blows) at your house, refuse it directly. Give it back to the transport company and send an e-mail to the following address: indicating the order reference number and the shipping number. This way, the process will be more streamlined and a new product will be sent immediately.


Question When will I receive my order?
AnswerWe try to process orders as soon as we receive them, never exceeding a timeframe of 2 working days. These times may vary during specific campaigns and during high consumption periods, such as Christmas. Under no circumstances does a delay in delivery imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever.

Once the order has been delivered to the transport system, you will receive an e-mail from the agency with a link to the different delivery options so that you can select the option that is most convenient for you.

The maximum shipping time from the placement of the order is 4 working days for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.  Other countries: 6 days.

Question Can you ship my order outside of Spain?
AnswerYes.  We ship to the following countries at an additional cost of 7 euros:

Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Monaco, Denmark, Holland, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and the Czech Republic.
